Refund Policy

Viotte accepts refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

To start a request, email viottecs@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please include photos so we can review it quickly.

To be eligible for a standard return, items should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For personal-care, wearable support, and hygiene-sensitive products, items must be unused and clean.

Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know the next steps. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
